OUR STORY
Chunky Lobsters is the brainchild of our founders, Leonard and Chris. Leonard is a seasoned agency leader, and Chris is an IT sales consultant with culinary training.
The idea for Chunky Lobsters came about when Chris dined at a lobster shack on a business trip overseas and realised that there was no equivalent back home in Singapore. Wanting to share this experience with friends and family back home, the pair began their research on bringing it to Singapore.
Chunky Lobsters has expanded to a dine-in concept, in order to address growing requests for a sit-in establishment. Chunky Lobsters Signature now hosts a whole range of seafood dishes in addition to our seafood rolls, served hot and fresh straight to your table.
